Understanding leadership as a student is a program designed keeping in mind the psyche of the students at the early stages of life trying to adjust themselves in the society and discovering their own leadership potential to serve the world through their gift for the better. Understanding leadership as a student defines leadership at the basic level while exploring different types of leadership styles to suit the students' need to achieve their goals at personal, academic and later at the professional level. In addition, leadership topics such as communication skills, teamwork, decision-making and emotional intelligence are all incorporated in the 2 day workshop or intensive one day program. Understanding leadership as a student is a draft made to seep into the young minds of the students so that they may never be derailed in their leadership journey during and beyond their school life.
